Very similar to the original...
I was excited to try this product because of the new charcoal trend spreading at the moment, and in all honestly I really didn't find much of a difference between the regular white Bior nose strips (which are amazing) and these black strips
Although your pores so stand out more against the black material, it virtually feels like the same product to me.
I really love this brand and the pore strips however I feel as though they have just changed the colour of the strips to follow the trend.<br />The pore strips do leave your nose smooth and rid of any black heads, but I wouldn't stress if only the original nose strips were left on the market

fast blackhead remover
what not to love about the super fast blackhead remover method? i have always used Biore pore strips to help me clear my blackhead. When i saw that Biore has a charcoal range, i did not hesitate to buy.
The Deep Cleansing Charcoal Pore Strips works just like normal blackhead remover strips that biore has, it just that it is black in colour so you can see your blackhead that comes out with the pore clearer as it is more visible.
It is a fast and effective way to remove blackhead in an instant. Only need to wait 10-15 mins after application on slightly wet nose and tad, the yucky blackhead just come out like that and leave my nose smoother when touch.

This cleanser feels wonderful!
*I have combination/oily skin prone to pimples and blackheads*
Things I like about this cleanser:
- pretty much everything!
Don't be afraid of the colour. This cleanser foams up to white foam with a hint of grey. Some people might find the smell overpowering, but I like it, it smells clean. This cleanser makes my skin tingle a little, but in a good way, and leaves my skin feeling really clean, even after a long (and oily) day.
Definitely doesn't make me break out - but I wouldn't say stops pimples and blackheads from appearing.
I'm not a huge fan of the pump bottle from a travelling perspective - but other than that, this cleanser is one of my favourites.

Nice fresh feeling
This Biore cleanser does a very good job at cleansing the face, especially if I have been wearing makeup for the day. It has a tingly sensation which leaves the skin feeling fresh and clean after washing it off. The pump is very convenient as you can easily control the amount of product dispensed, especially because you only need less than half a pump for your entire face.
The only downside to this product is that it had left my skin feeling dry a couple of times (less than often). However, this can be quickly solved with a face moisturiser.
As this product only requires a small amount each time, the bottle lasts quite long and is great value for money!

Disappointed
I tried this product because I have used a few of Biore's products and really enjoyed them.
I do not have sensitive skin but my skin definitely didn't react well to this product. The first thing I noticed was this the cleanser has WAY too much menthol in it - which I can deal with but it makes using the product a little uncomfortable.
Within a few days of using this product I began to notice that my skin was getting red, tight and sore. I also noticed the I was getting a lot of breakouts, despite cleaning my face twice a day and not wearing makeup.
I would definitely recommend trying a sample of the product first (if you can).

a deep clean
Love this cleanser!
I was after something more powerful than my previous cleanser and this product delivered.
It comes in an easy to use pump bottle and I find personally one pump is enough product to wash my entire face and neck area with a full days make up and grit off. It is a black thick lotion that foams up once you start to clean the face with water.
Has a pleasant scent and once on the face, it has a cooling tingle effect.
I have not personally found this product to be too harsh in drying out my face and I use this every night. However, I do follow up with a heavy moisturizer.
I would re purchase this as I felt it leaves my face feeling deeply clean.

Squeaky Clean
I purchased the Biore Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser with the hopes of reducing the numbers of breakouts that I experienced. With regular use, I found that this product significantly reduced the look of my pores and even tightened them. This charcoal cleanser is very smooth and lathers nicely. Overall, I have found that this product has reduced the number of break outs that I get. However, I do find this product to be a bit harsh on the face as it completely strips all the oils from my face and have found that it is very important to apply a light moisturiser to my face after using this product to avoid any excess oil production.

Cooling and refreshing
I trialed a free sample and surprised with how good it is. The grey cleansing gel smells minty and lathers well. It is cooling and refreshing on the skin, perfect for summer. My skin feels very clean and residue free, but slightly dry afterwards. The only thing is it irritates the eyes. I would definitely purchase this product after the sample runs out.
