Trust your health to Blackmores.Many years ago I was diagnosed with a severe vitamin D deficiency. This was no doubt brought on by the extensive public campaign to avoid unnecessary exposure to sunlight. My husband, who is from an English background, has extensive sun damage. I started taking a vitamin D supplement daily. Blackmores products are renowned for their efficacy, so I naturally turned to them. In a very short time my vitamin D levels were greatly improved. Doctor’s recommendation to take vitamin D3Difficult to tell whether this product works or not. I have osteoporosis and have to take D. I am now also on an injection as I had to stop HRT due to hormone related cancer.

Low Vitamin DI have to take 3 of these vitamins a day as a have low vitamin D levels. They are small tablets and easy to take and dont leave an unpleasant after taste.
