Great results from this productSince taking this Magnesium product, I haven't looked back. I've had stiff and sore calf and hamstring muscles for the last 10 years from an old back injury which caused some nerve damage in my lower spine and left me with some residual numbness in my right foot and leg. I get a huge relief from taking Blooms Magnesium. The taste is ok, I'm not keen on sweet drinks of any kind, mind you it's not over sweet... so it took a bit of getting used to, but honestly I can deal with that when I'm getting great results from it. I had taken tablets before of a competitors brand which did nothing. I felt relief after the first dose of this magnesium powder, it was like magic.

This product tastes niceThis product tastes nicer than most magnesium products I've taken.Im not sure if it has helped my migraines yet as its early days and we have to give these things at least a months trial.
