Directions For Use

Dosage: Adults: Take 10ml every half hour for 4 doses, then 1 dose every 4 hours until symptoms are relieved.
Store below 30°C.

Ingredients/Material

Each 1ml liquid contains: Anamirta cocculus (Cocculus) 2X, 5 nanolitres; Chamaelirium luteum (Helonias) 3X, 5 nanolitres; Strychnos ignatii (Ignatia) 4X, 50 microlitres; Strychnos nux-vomica (Nux vom.) 6C, 1.67 microlitres; Passiflora incarnata (Passiflora) 1C, 5 microlitres; Phosphoric acid (Phosphoricum acidum) 3X, 60 nanolitres; Sepia 1X, 50 nanolitres and Zinc (Zincum met.) 8X, 50 nanolitres.

It tastes like a sweet syrup, quite pleasant. Warning - it works quickly and can be addictive - easy to start relying on to numb the feelings, just like alcohol can.

Even though I still take ages to go to sleep, I feel relaxed and my quality of sleep is definitely better too.
