Disappointing New Colgate Dental FlossAs a long-time user of Colgate dental floss, I'm disappointed with the new version. I have had a similar experience to others who have shared their feedback. The increased thickness is causing problems—it dislodged an inlay and gets stuck between teeth, a problem I never had before. The strands separate and tangle, making it frustrating to use. It often tears apart when removed, which is quite annoying.
I urge Colgate to reconsider and bring back the old version. The previous floss was thinner and hassle-free, making flossing efficient. Many of us share this sentiment. Please listen to your loyal customers and improve the product.

Can't find a worse floss than thisThis is hands down the worst floss I have ever used in my life. Extremely difficult to use and becomes stringy. Very thick and feels like there is no wax. This product needs to be remade and the quality control testers need to be sacked. The only thing this floss is good at is making you feel frustrated. I have given this floss so many chances because i didnt want to simply throw it away. It is consistently terrible every single time. Do not buy this.

Bring previous product back. The quality of the new product is completely different from the previous product. The previous product was smooth and thin. The new product is thick, coarse and uneven. Please bring the previous product back.

New Product Is Too Thick.I bought six packs a few months ago for my husband, he found that this is so much thicker than your previous product. It dislodged an inlay and gets stuck between teeth, your previous product didn’t. He stopped using the new product. Why is it thicker?!?

Absolutely unusableYour flat dental floss was so superior to all the others on the market. You have now made it the worst floss on the market. It frays so easily and gets stuck in your teeth. It’s absolutely unusable. It’s gone straight in the bin after. What a waste of money. Please bring back the previous product!!!

New tartar control floss is absolute rubbishWhy oh why have you changed your tartar control floss? The addition of the wax is a disaster, it just shreds and is unusable. It was perfect before.
Please get rid of that mint flavoured garbage and go back to how it was.
