This dental floss does not even deserve 1 star. It is that bad. It is the worst dental floss I have ever used. It shreds and breaks every time I clean my teeth.
I very nearly had to go to the dentist to have it removed after it got stuck between my back teeth. Luckily, after booking an appointment with dentist, it worked it's way out after a few days and it saved me the big expense to have it removed.
I will never use this again. I threw it straight in the bin and I usually never throw things away. I am so disappointed in this. Why did you change it from how it used to be? The old version of this I give 5 stars but this, I give 0 stars.

Thank you Colgate!
By changing what was the best floss on the market to one that is now completely useless, I’ve been forced to find an alternative. In doing so, I’ve found that the Coles brand floss is EXACTLY THE SAME as the Colgate one use to be except that it’s half the price. I have to therefore sincerely thank Colgate for ruining its product. It's loss, my gain.
I have given the product 5 stars so it will stand out amongst all the one stars. The reality is that the product is of no use (for all the reasons given by others) and so deserves zero stars but this option is not available.

Very Disappointed, not great at all!
After using this new Colgate floss for three days. I throw away the whole 100m floss. This used to be my favorite brand of floss for many years. I couldn't believe the change in product result in such horrible floss. It ripped, shred, and more floss got stuck in between my teeth than before flossing. The mint waxed tasted horrible. NOt sure why a great product in the past had changed to result in such horrible new product. How could this be launch and release in the first place. I am not going to buy this brand in future anymore.

Please bring back the old Colgate Dental Floss
If i could have rated this new product a zero i would have. As I have always used Colgate Dental Floss, I would like to add that There was no other dental floss that worked so efficiently & smooth between teeth. I had no choice but to try the new product. As I searched for the old Colgate I started reading all the reviews for this new Colgate floss. I laughed so much as every single review was exactly what i had experienced. I was terrified though to use this new floss further as i felt like my teeth would be pulled out. Hopefully with such terrible reviews Colgate will bring back the most wonderful floss that there ever existed. In the meantime I will try the Coles brand that someone had mentioned.

Reformulation a total disaster and dangerous
Colgate have recently changed how their product is made. Presumably to cut costs. The new product is completely different to the old one and downright dangerous. The floss is super tight and gets stuck on my teeth easily. Trying to pull the floss out when this happens is downright impossible and I fear if I try any harder it would pull the entire tooth out. Additionally, I find that the floss cuts into my fingers - something that never happened with the old product. I will be avoiding Colgate floss forever now. A shame since the older version was the beat on the market.

Useless new dental floss
I've used Colgate dental Floss for years, worked perfectly, did the job. Then you feckjng well changed it. Now TOTALLY USELESS! Even the waxed one won't slide between teeth. Only works on those teeth at the front where you can get leverage, and then you have to use so much force you often hurt your gum. Who's the Dumkof who thought it needed replacing with this stupid stuff. Get one drop of saliver on it and you lose grip and you have to get more. Total waste off money, looking for another brand! Never thought I'd get angry over dental Floss, but you managed it Colgate.

Very bad now
I've used Colgate floss for years but since they changed the tape it is now unusable and I had to throw it away. It's very thick so it can't fit between most of my teeth.
If I do manage to get it between some teeth then when I try and pull it out the thick waxy stuff on the tape gets left behind in my teeth and also the tape shreds.
I've now discovered oral B tape which is more like the old Colgate tape so I'll be buying that in future unless Colgate change back to a usable product.
