ChemistDirect.com.au offers customers the choice of Australia Post eParcel or Australia Post eParcel Express for delivery within Australia. International orders are sent via Airmail with DHL Global Mail.
Parcels are sent in plain and unmarked packaging to assure security and privacy. Orders are dispatched promptly once payment has been processed and prescriptions (if applicable) are received. Please note that if you are paying through BPAY these payments take 1-2 weekdays to reach us from your bank.

Customers have the opportunity to select either Australia Post eParcel or Australia Post eParcel Express for delivery:
Australia Post eParcel is a registered service which will require a signature upon delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office will be necessary. Australia Post eParcel can deliver to any location in Australia, including PO Boxes.
International Orders
International orders are sent via Airmail with DHL Global Mail. Please allow 2-3 weeks for international Airmail delivery.
