good service, very prompt
I have used this product for many years, after a neck injury due to a car accident.
I was unable to get this product from my local pharmacy, so I decided to get it online.
I was pleased to be able to still get the pillow insert and was very impressed with the fast service.

Not Happy
Dick Wicks Magnetic Pillow Insert 40 x 33 x 1 cm was too thick and too small to use as a pillow insert. I wanted something like 60 x 45 x .5 cm which was what I had previously.
