It also relieves the painful inflammation of swimmer's ear. It therefore provides a dual action.

- Use immediately after swimming, or any other activity during which the ears are exposed to water.
- Tilt head to oneside and instil 4 to 5 drops in the ear.
- Keep head tilted for one minute before turning to the other side and repeating forthe other ear.
