Directions For Use

Gently smooth QV Lip Balm evenly over clean, dry lips prior to exposure to sun, wind, cold and other harsh climatic conditions or whenever lips are dry. Reapply every two hours and after swimming, sweating, exercise and towelling dry.

What I love most about it is the added sun protection factor. Knowing that my lips are protected from the sun's harmful rays gives me peace of mind, especially during those sunny days. The balm itself is incredibly moisturising and soothing, keeping my lips soft and hydrated throughout the day. It glides on smoothly, without any sticky or greasy feeling. The compact size makes it easy to carry around in my pocket or purse, ensuring that I always have it on hand. If you're looking for a lip balm that combines hydration and sun protection, this one is a winner!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Jess953 from Not easily absorbed Pros: This lip balm has a nice hygienic applicator (squeeze on) and is fragrance free so it's quite good for those who have sensitive lips. It also is very protective with an SPF of 30. The texture is a bit thicker than petroleum jelly and glides on smooth onto the lips. Cons: Despite the smooth application, I find that this lip balm does not absorb into my lips at all, rather, creates a greasy layer on top. If you have dry patches beware - this is going to look white a crusty on those areas! Overall: I reckon give this lip balm a skip - it's not very effective in giving lasting moisturisation and there are a lot better lip balms in the market at this price range. Don't recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sasuza from Great value I really like QV lip balm. It's moisturising, smooth, not sticky and really well priced for the quantity you get. The applicator is the perfect shape too - Yay for tube lip balms! As I have a real problem with dry lips, I am yet to find my complete HG. This QV lip balm was great for a few days, but then my lips started to dry out again. I've come to conclusion that I have to rotate lip balms and not stick to just one, as my lips seem to adapt to each one. This is one of the ones I use, especially when I'm going outside (the SPF is so high!). This brand has been impressing me with a few of it's products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nicoler112 from Thin formula whilst still very nourishing I really like this lipbalm. It is thin whilst not runny texture that is really nice on the lips, not at all sticky. It gives me baby soft lips as well as SPF-30 protection which is really important in the day to day. I like the lack of scent, this isn't your pretty product, its the practical one you can count on to get the job done right. It also works great as a lip primer to really soften the lips by applying, leaving to settle in, then wiping off any excess before lipstick application. Very happy with the product and will continue to rebuy it.

This QV Face Lip Balm SPF 30+ is affordable and unlike most lip balms has sunblock which is really important for pigmented lips. Since using this my lips have felt more hydrated and the peeling is reduced. It’s not oily or glossy, it very easy to apply and it keeps my lips super hydrated. I absolutely love this QV Face Lip Balm SPF 30+ and would reccomend anyone looking for a good lip balm to give this a go.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Princess228 from QV Lip Balm I used to think that nothing was as good as Paw Paw cream for my lips, but I am happy to say that I have been proven wrong. This little tube is fantastic it goes on nice a smooth and keeps my lips moisturised even in the cold Melbourne winter. I love that it has no taste so I am not licking it of my lips, It doesn't make my lips feel greasy and a little bit goes a long way. The only issue that I do have is that it can be a little hard to squeeze the tube to get some out, but that is a minor thing when compared to the benefits of the Lip Balm.

Rated 2 out of 5 by BunBun from Overrated I was so excited to try this product as I have read amazing reviews and it was such a good price and such a large tube. I am a bit disappointed. As others have said, the balm does not last long on your lips and doesn't absorb. It just sort of sits there and goes white or licks off really easily. The texture is like an ointment but then feels watery, not sticky. I wonder if the SPF 30+ is accurate when you consider those factors. I will continue to use the tube as my at home balm or emergency balm as it is fine but just not anything special.

Rated 4 out of 5 by phrophro from QV Lip Balm This is a lovely smooth and glossy lip balm that leaves a stunning sheen to your lips. It's very emollient and moisturizing, but not at all greasy or sticky. I've gone through multiple tubes of this as it is one of the only lip balms that effectively moisturizes my lips and the dry skin around my mouth, without stinging. I find this leaves a nice layer of moisture on the lips, even after the initial gloss has worn off. It does need to be applied more frequently than some of the other lip balms I own. I also find it very useful on top of some of my more drying lip sticks. This is another winning product from QV to incoporate into a simple, no fuss skincare regime. There's no fragrance or anything nasty - just a basic and very effective lip balm.
