- Remove the foot patch from the plastic. Peel off the large adhesive cover and place the printed side of the patch, onto the adhesive sheet.
- Place the adhesive sheet along with the patch onto the bottom of each foot. Smooth down the adhesive sheet ensuring it is flat. Wearing socks can also be beneficial if you move around a lot in your sleep.
- In the morning remove the patch and wash the bottom of the foot.

Footies detox patches are easy to use with good instructions on how to use them. They aren't messy to clean up after use. You can adjust to how your body copes with the detoxing by how many, how often you use them. You definitely need to increase your water comsumption while using them.

Best on the Market
I have tried many brands of foot patches and these are, without doubt, the best. They peel off readily, do not fall off through the night and detox thoroughly. An added bonus is they are also calming.
