Top quality product
I purchased the heat pad for my elderly mother and had it sent directly to her. She received it very quickly and is thrilled with it. It stays hot far longer than the old ones she had and once she worked out the time needed to heat it in her model of microwave is very simple to heat. She couldn't be happier with the heat pad.
