Directions For Use

I do not have it instead of a meal but between meals especially after excercise. Nearly every day and just once a day. It has many vitamins and minerals so I do not have as many tablets. I found I had the energy to do more physical excercise. I have stopped snacking and have slowly lost weight. I recommend it as a part of a sensible diet. I like the taste and it doesnt contain the sugar so many "weight loss " powders have. I mix it with soy and cows milk and sometimes just water. If, like me, you need to cut down on sugars and starches and recover from illness Isowhey could be very helpful.

I heard great reviews about Isowhey and its low sugar content so decided to give it a go...I wasn't disappointed! I ordered the Madagascan Vanilla with caution since I find most vanilla flavours to be sickly sweet but this is absolutely delicious. A shake leaves me satisfied, but not bloated, for at least 5 hours. I can't recommend this brand enough. Try it you won't be disappointed.
