After brushing and flossing, rinse with 20mL undiluted for 30 seconds, twice daily. Expel the liquid. Do not swallow. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Do not use in children 12 years of age or less.
To Open: Squeeze the cap and turn. To Close: Turn cap until it locks.
Store at room temperature. Keep away from direct sunlight.

Great productLove using this product. I don't normally like the taste of mouthwash but total care leaves a nice taste behind. You can feel it protecting your teeth and gums long after being used.

Excellent productBeen using this morning and night as well as flossing. What a difference! Best of all no morning breath and no longer having to chew gum to get fresh breath. My gums are so healthy. Should of been doing this years ago.

Best flavour of the bunchWe usually use Listerine in our family, but tried this one for the first time before Christmas. I like the flavour a lot compared to the others - and the same super clean feel you have from the others.
