Microlax is a fast acting enema used to relieve constipation or open the bowels.

Dose:
- Administer the contents of one tube rectally as a single dose.
Children and adults:
- Twist and pull the seal off the nozzle.
- Squeeze the tube slightly so that a drop of Microlax smears the tip and thus makes insertion easier.
- Insert the nozzle fully into the rectum (back passage). In children under 3 years of age insert only half the length of the nozzle (see the indication on the nozzle).
- Squeeze out the contents fully by squeezing the shoulder of the tube.
- Keeping the tube squeezed tightly, withdraw the nozzle.
Do not use if you are:
- Allergic to any of the ingredients listed on the carton
- The cap is separated from the tube as it has been opened.
General recommendations for laxatives:
- Drink plenty of water.
- Increase
- Do not remove tube from carton until immediately before use
Sodium Citrate 450 mg, Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate 45 mg, Sorbitol 3.125 g as well as Glycerol, Sorbic Acid and water.

Microlax is a great product
This product is purchased for my wife who suffers from severe constipation. While laxatives assist the Microlax greatly assists her to clear the blockage etc. She has been using this product for several years with no side effects
