can help with impact as cushin is quite good, not good if you haae pronation.
I brought these inserts 2 yrs ago and have been great. I run every second day 6-7k and 10k on the weekend, increasing when I have an event. I were these with asic's, as I have pronated feet. I still have my old neat feet pair so I can compare. The manufactures unfortunately have changed the structural support because when you flex the neat feet bilaterally bending at the mid point of the blue rigid component under the green sole., The rigidity is different and the is moaare flex compared, to the earlier version. Therefore less structural support. I am now at a loss what to do because the other inserts have too much structural support and less cushioning. The previous version of the neat feet were perfect and I thought I was buying the same product because all the packaging etc and claims are the same.
