-Prepare tea with porcelain or glass utensils only. -Bring water to boil. -Use one tea bag per cup. -Pour boiling water over tea bag. -Cover cup and allow to steep for 3 to 5 minutes. -Before serving stir well to fully release essence of herbs. -Drink one cup twice daily after meal. -When taking this product drink plenty of water and increase fibre in the diet. Relief plusI have always suffered from constipation and over the years have used lots of different remedies but this tea is excellent and keeps me regular. However you do need to be careful as it is quite strong and will cause cramps if you brew it too long. I would suggest for new consumers to only brew the first time for a minute and if necessary increase gradually

Terrible Adverse EffectsI bought this tea and ended up with such severe diarhoea and stomach cramps I passed out and have injured my face on the bathroom floor. Spent the morning in the Emergency Department, doctor suggests an adverse reaction, further diagnostics in a few days at my GP. This tea needs to be taken off the market in Australia and regulated by some form of governing body.

nutri leafi take a lot of tablets due to illnesses and find that nutri leaf relieves one of the problems that is caused by taking my medications. it is an excellent product.
