Description OpSite Flexifix is a roll of transparent adhesive film, ideal for use in dressing fixation, tube fixation, dressing reinforcement and the treatment of painful peripheral neuropathy. It combines all the advantages of OpSite film with a unique application system, to allow easy and secure fixation of all kinds of dressings. OpSite's strong, flexible film also offers protection against skin breakdown due to friction and moisture. Benefits OpSite Film The film is waterproof and a barrier to bacteria. Its high moisture vapour permeability allows the skin to breathe. The acrylic adhesive minimises the risk of skin damage on removal, especially after long periods of wear. Adaptable to awkward areas OpSite Flexifix has been designed to allow easy application of the film to awkward areas of the body and over dressings and tubes. The film is highly conformable and extensible to increase patient comfort. Indications It can be used for : • Retention of primary dressings eg, Melolin Non-adherent Dressings or •Allevyn Hydrocellular Hydrophillic Polyurethane Wound Dressing • Fixation of tubing • Treatment of painful peripheral neuropathy • Skin protection under leg bags, stoma devices • Reduction of shearing forces on unbroken skin, e.g. in pressure sore prophylaxis

Outstanding productThis product is literally the only one of its kind that I have found seals and heals cracked heels. By sealing the defects, it soothes the painful effects of exposure to the environment and promotes healing.
Apart from these valuable features it is transparent and sticks fast. It is therefore unnoticeable and does not easily come off.
I cannot more highly recommend this product which was originally recommended to me by a podiatrist. I will be eternally grateful to him as it is not a product easily discovered on a pharmacy shelf - this is unfortunate as there are no other products of this kind than can compete.

Very handyI use this to keep my transdermal patches in place before I found this product it fits nicely to cover the patch before I used gh8s the patch would peel,off due to the heat

The best mic tapeThe best mic tape! I cut this into 1cm wide strips, and use it to affix microphones for musical theatre, it has amazing hold and is almost invisible. Highly recommended.
