Good lunch substituteI'm very happy with the Optifast chicken soup. It's quite tasty and I was surprised that I felt like I'd had a diet soup that tasted like the real thing. Will buy again.

My go to flavourThe chicken is my go to shake, especially when I'm not feeling like something sweet. I really like the flavour of this, although I have spoken to a few people that don't like it. I only ever make my shakes with 200ml water, if I use more, I find the flavour is too watered down and doesn't bring out the proper flavour, so I'm not sure if that's what makes thw difference?

Excellent and taste is lovely - best on the marketThis product would be the best on the market as per all the instructions on there as also dieticians around Australia has been saying this is the only one that has the least amount of sugar the others have too much of sugar into them I’ve tried this for two weeks straight and that’s all I ate and I lost 8 kg within that two weeks
