Add one sachet of OPTIFAST® VLCD™ Dessert to 200mL of cold water and mix vigorously with a whisk or fork. Leave to stand for 5 minutes preferably in a refrigerator. Store covered in refrigerator (<4 °C).All prepared products should be tightly covered and consumed within 6 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated. Alright
Well if you want a chocolate mousse packed with protein this is the way to go. It has an edge to it that I don't like in its flavour. Texture perfect. Serving size too big. Usually add to end of meal to finish on something a little sweet..it is not overpowering..they have that right. Because it is in individual packets a bit hard to split it in to 2 servings which I always forget to do..not on a diet..but it adds to the protein level in my meal when I haven't eaten meat.

This product is a great breakfast
I used to have cereal or Oates for breakfast if I got the time due to early start work. Then about 10-11am I used to have my milo. Well now I have optifast instead of the recommended serving I have 500mls cold milk and it substitutes my breakfast, my dairy fix and my chocolate fix all in one go and holds my appetite till lunchtime. It has aided me in loosing weight with a calorie controlled diet and I enjoyed it so much I still have the same serving for breakfast everyday.

great product,really does help weight loss and seems to give energy throughout the day
a great product for me, thicker than a shake so gives bulk which makes me feel less hungry. after a few days on optifast, energy levels are noticeably better and the best thing for me..it really does work.
what I have found if I get hungry between mealtimes I just have an optifast bar and I am ok.you only have to be committed to loosing weight and they work great.

Best meal replacement program
I’ve been dieting for years without success. Optifast has been the centre of my weight loss. 8 weeks in the intensive program and 12 kilos lighter. No cravings, no hunger. Have had a few celebratory “eating” events but still lost weight. Deserts are yummy and the range of shakes gives you choice. The chocolate flavour protein bars are most satisfying.

Weird
These sound good in theory and they taste good for the first tongue touch. But then something else comes in and you realise you aren't eating wholesome mousse, just some weird plasticised version. There is a very noticeable chemical taste while eating that makes it unpalatable to eat more than a few spoonfuls per sitting.

Easy to mix and easy to eat.
This product was so delicious that I could forget that I was actually eating a very low calorie meal. The lemon cream and the choc mousse were both so light and moreish. I will eat these products even when not watching my weight because they are the best tasting products that I have
come across.

Rich, sweet and luxurious
This little chocolate beauty is so rich you need to share it. Best eaten with someone special, it is too rich, large and filling to eat all by yourself. Thick and rich and creamy with a most delicious chocolaty taste. Heaven, but be careful.... too much and you will over-do it.
