Add one sachet of OPTIFAST® VLCD™ Dessert to 200mL of cold water and mix vigorously with a whisk or fork. Leave to stand for 5 minutes preferably in a refrigerator. Store covered in refrigerator (<4 °C).All prepared products should be tightly covered and consumed within 6 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated. Note: Do not change proportions. Follow preparation instructions.

Best product in the range
This is the MUST have product in the optifast range.
It tastes nice. It feels indulgent. and it is satisfying and it is so Easy to make and sets to a lovely consistency, if you follow the instructions.
I use a microplane grater to add the merest hint of freshly grated lemon zest to the top straight after I pour the liquid into a pretty container, then into the fridge to set.
And it counts as a meal but feels like an indulgent dessert. I love it !
I look forward to Optifast bringing out a similar Mango Creme dessert and a Caramel Creme dessert.

This helps to ease the desire for sweets after a meal when dieting. I prefer the Lemon Creme but it is also available in chocolate flavour.

My fave dessert
This is my favourite dessert. It has just the right amount of ‘zing’ to it, in regards to the lemon flavour. It tastes/feels like a ‘naughty’ dessert.

Surprisingly nice
I didn't expect much when I bought this desert creme, but it tastes really nice, goes well with some fruit, especially blueberries. Satisfies the sweet tooth without being too sweet and is quite filling

I was really surprised at how good this tasted!! Very easy to do, just mix and shake, put in fridge for 5 and done. A Very tasty and guilt free dessert , loved it.

Lemon dessert....yum
