Directions For Use

Add one sachet of OPTIFAST® VLCD™ Shake to 200-250mL of cold or warm water. Stir, blend or shake to dissolve. Do not use boiling water.
All prepared products should be tightly covered and consumed within 6 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.
Note: Do not change proportions. Follow preparation instructions. Discard any unfinished product that has been heated.

It is a great product and quite a nice taste as well . to date Ive lost 20 kilos and im very happy with the results . Would definatley recommend it to anyone trying to loose weight

Rated 3 out of 5 by Bunnz from Tastes Great But.... The Chocolate shake is great tasting (as was the older formula) and really fluffs out to a nice, delicious drink. One thing this new formula does do is fills you up a great deal more than the old formula but in saying that, it gives me terrible wind (myself and many others) so whatever fibre supplement they've added to these clearly isn't the best. This new formula is also very sweet - one way to work around this is to make the shake bigger - a litre of water to one sachet and split it into two shakes to drink over a couple of hours. As far as this product goes, I'm not sure that new starters will be enamoured with it - I really do wish that Optifast had stuck to their older formula. If you are deciding to do Optifast, I recommend tentatively starting with these shakes - they simply may not agree with you but remember that if they don't, there are many other Optifast products you can use instead. Having lost 44kgs from Feb 2015 to Dec 2015, I can happily say that Optifast is an absolute WIN when it comes to successful and easy weight loss and is, without a doubt, worth doing.
