Swallow the whole tablets with water or other fluid. Do not crush the tablets. They can be taken with or without food. Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take 2 tablets three times a day, every six to eight hours as needed. Children and adolescents 12-17 years of age: Do not give this medicine for longer than 48 hours at a time unless advised to by a doctor. Do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours.

I need to have this medication due to very painful arthritisI have heard some people reckon paracetamol doesn't help their pain. All I know is if I forget to take a dose I know it because of the pain so I make sure it is always in the house.

Osteo Paracetamol at best value works well.Paracetamol 665mg is the best maintenance to control pain. My degenerated knee is managed well with Osteomol TDS. I am a nurse and knows what works best.
