Take 30 minutes before departure. Repeat every 4-6 hours as necessary.

Best for preventing motion sickness.My husband and I SCUBA dive every weekend from our boat. The Pacific is pretty bumpy so I'd get seasick without taking something. I tried every major brand available in the States, but they made me so drowsy that sometimes I couldn't stay awake to make a second dive.
Travacalm H.O. is perfect. I've used it before hundreds (seriously) of boat trips over the past 8 years. It's so effective that I cut the tablet into quarters, and that's enough for me. Travacalm H.O. never fails to work, it doesn't make me drowsy, and there are no side effects.
