1. Suitable for infant over 4 weeks
Simply by varying the dosage, Bio Island Cod Liver + Fish Oil is suitable for use by the whole family, even young babies from the age of 4 weeks. The dosages are based on the Recommended Daily Intakes (RDI) and Adequate Intakes (AI) established by the NHMRC (National Health & Medical Research Council).
2. Derived from cow's milk.
Calcium has a structural role in the body, with about 99% of calcium being found in the skeleton. Calcium can support the development and maintenance of strong, health bones and teeth and to maximize bone growth.
Vitamin D has various important roles in the body. It is essential for the absorption and utilization of calcium and the normal calcification of the skeleton.
Active Ingredients:
Each capsule contains:
Hydroxyapatite 270mg
Equiv. to Calcium 65mg
Cholecalciferol (Vit D 100IU) 2.5mcg
Dosage:
Children 4 weeks - 6 months, take 1 capsule once daily; 7 months-1 year take 2 capsules once daily; 1 year - 3 years, take 2-3 capsules once daily; 4 - 9 years, take 3-4 capsules once daily. Please take with food or milk, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
※The fishy tail of the capsule can easily be twisted off, so that the active ingredients can be squeezed into milk or juice. You are recommended to do so if your children are under 4 years.
