DOSAGE
Adults only: For daily defence against cold and flu take 2 tablets for the first 5 days, then 1 tablet daily when entering crowded environments such as airplanes, trains, offices, schools and shopping centres.
At First Signs of cold & Flu Symptoms:
Take 2 tablets daily for 5 -7 days, or as directed by your healthcare professional

Warnings
This product contains Selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100mcg of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Products containing Selenium are not suitable for children under 15 years of age.
The recommended daily dose of Vitamin A, from all sources, is 2500IU. When taken in excess of 8000IU vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant do not take Vitamin A without consulting your healthcare practitioner.
People that are allergic to daisy or other members of the aster family may be allergic to Echinacea and develop hives or a rash.

-Olive Leaf (Oleo europea) std. equiv. Oleoropein 2.44mg 100 mg
-Withania (Winter Cherry) root 1500 mg
-Plus Vitamin A (Retinyl acetate) 1250 IU
-Zinc (as sulfate) 5 mg
-Selenium (as sodium selenite) 25 mcg
-Chromium (as chromic chloride) 25 mcg
-Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid from sodium ascorbate) 88.9 mg
-Citrus Bioflavanoids extract 25 mg
