Blackmores Fish Oil 1000 capsules, taken as a nutritional supplement, are a natural source of the marine omega-3 fatty acids, extracted from cold water fish. They provide an anti-inflammatory action within the body which may be beneficial for the relief of inflammatory disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis. Blackmores regularly tests Fish oil for mercury to ensure you can take Blackmores with confidence.

How it works:
Fish Oil contains the omega-3 triglycerides EPA and DHA, and can be taken as a dietary supplement. The omega-3 triglycerides have an anti-inflammatory activity in the body, and may reduce the pain of arthritis and rheumatism.
Dosage:
As an Omega-3 supplement - Adults - Take one capsule three times daily with meals, or as professionally prescribed
For Arthritis: - Adults - Take up to 4 capsules 3 times daily with meals, or as professionally prescribed.
Children (from 6 years to 12 years) - Take 1 to 2 capsules daily (prick and squeeze into milk or juice), or as professionally prescribed.
Children (under 6 years) - Only as professionally prescribed.
