How it works
Potassium and magnesium phosphates are traditionally indicated for the temporary relief of symptoms of stress and anxiety including sleep disturbance, irritability and hyperactivity. Contains magnesium phosphate which is essential for muscular relaxation in skeletal, smooth and cardiac muscle. Potassium phosphate promotes efficient blood flow in muscular tissue during exercise and is necessary for energy production in cell metabolism.
Dosage
Adults - Take 1 tablet 3 times a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed.
Children (from 6 years to 12 years) - Take 1 tablet twice a day, or as professionally prescribed.
Children (from 2 years to 6 years) - Take 1 tablet per day or as professionally prescribed.
Children (under 2 years) - Only as professionally prescribed.
Cautions

Medicine Interactions
If taking tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics separate doses by at least 2 hours. Magnesium may decrease the absorption and efficacy of these medications.
