For the relief of sleeplessness and insomnia.
Each tablet contains:
Extracts equivalent to:
Valeriana officinalis, root dry (Valerian) 550 mg
Passiflora incarnata, herb dry (Passion Flower) 490.9 mg
Melissa officinalis, leaf dry (Lemon Balm) 375 mg
Therapeutic applications:
* May be of assistance in relieving sleeplessness and insomnia.
* Passion Flower is traditionally used in medicine for relief of insomnia.
* May be beneficial in times of stress and for the symptomatic relief of anxiety.
Directions for use:
Adults: Take one to two tablets twice daily with food. For the relief of sleeplessness take one to two tablets with evening meal and one to two tablets thirty minutes before retiring or as directed.
Use only as directed, always read the label. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Do not use if cap and/or bottle safety seals are missing or broken. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary intake is inadequate.
No added artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives. Free from wheat, gluten, cereals, milk, eggs, starches, yeast and salt. Contains Lactose.
