Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), also known as ubidecarenone, is a nutrient that is vital to energy metabolism. It is an essential component of the energy production chain that occurs within every single cell. Endura™ Co-Q10 150 is naturally fermented and naturally sourced.

Coenzyme Q10 - What form do you use?
When supplementing CoQ10 it is important to be using the best form. This will dramatically influence absorption and the benefits you will receive from its use. Oil based formulas such as the Endura™ Coenzyme Q10 have proven greater absorption and consequently deliver better results.
Directions for use
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.
WARNING: Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
Do not use if cap and/ or bottle seals are missing or broken.
Store below 30°C.
