Xenical capsIf you eat to much fatty foods it definitely does what it is supposed to do. It gets rid of it from your body. So either wear underwear protection or make sure your near bathroom amenities. If you stick to a healthy diet it still will remove anything that has fat so it works perfectly. I feel better and the weight on my body is slowly dispersing which is what I was hoping for.

Successful resultsThis medication has helped me along side walking 30mins daily and trying to eat well. I have already lose weight and toned and almost all my cellulite has gone! Its amazing and my partner said keep going with whatever I'm doing. I recommend to anyone and Im ordering my 2nd box!

Prepare yourself!It seems to be doing its job! But prepare yourself! If you don’t like cleaning toilets and don’t have easy access to a toilet this probably isn’t for you! Wear dark coloured undies. And probably stick to non fancy non exspenvise undies. Definitely a great way to learn about fatty foods. Realistically it’s a great product and I’m glad I’m using it

Very impressed very surprisedSo far so good 3 weeks using this product. 3 kilos down. I can’t hardly believe it. My appetite is changed so much. I crave more veggies and less carbs which I can’t understand. I did my research and spoke to the pharmacist before purchasing so knew of the side effect. The toilet issues etc. you get use to it and become very regular I make sure I have a pad just incase for after meals with some fat and when I take tablet. Every night I use a multi vitamin before I go to bed this really makes u feel better and puts back the nutrients u are loosing. I will repurchase. Some days I only have to main meals so I only take a tablet when I have a meal and it must contain some fat. I have takeaway once every 2 weeks and I just make sure my calories are monitored that day so I don’t go over and allow for my high calorie meal.
Over all so happy I have another 7kilos to go to be out of the overweight bmi and gyms are opening up now so hoping to start going again my job is on my feet all day as a cleaner so I def get some exercise and fat burning that way.

GoodI found these capsules ok to work with. Took away the bloating that I was experiencing prior to taking them. The weight loss is yet to be determined but I feel another month on them will tell the difference. With the cooler weather soon to be upon us I will be able to exercise more with running. I have high hopes.

Losing weightFirst week I took it for 3 days and I stopped due to the side effects. Like bowel movement uncontrollably while at work. Overall I think it's great I dropped 3 kilos in those first 3 days.

It worksAfter 2 kids in 3 years this has been a great kick start for me. In just over 3 months I have lost 8kg. Basic exercise included.
