For Menstrual Discomfort: Start on Day 12 to 20 with 1/4 small 2.5ml teaspoon am & pm then Day 21 to 28 with 1/2 a small teaspoon am & pm.

Works ...I have been using Anna’s Wild Yam cream for over 13 years.. I had early menopause at 35 and none of the conventional drugs for menopause worked on me , then a friend suggested Anna’s and after about a month all the symptoms were gone and I’d had all of the symptoms.. my Specialist was very sceptical but he couldn’t deny the difference.. awesome product

Helps control hot flashesAfter several years on hormone replacement therapy, it was time to wean myself off estrogen and progesterone. In doing so, menopausal symptoms returned, but Anna's Wild Yam Cream helped with the transition and with symptoms such as hot flashes and sleep.

Great QualityThis is the best retail price on the market for this cream. It is a great Quality I really enjoy the benefits I receive from the cream. Only issues is this company runs out of the product pretty often :( , Other than that I love this cream definitely a blessing.

fantastic product for sorting out hormonesThis product is a miracle cream. I and my family had suffered from my terrible PMS for years, within a few weeks of using I had noticed a difference and after a month I was ME, no longer a slave to my hormones. I had not felt so good for years I was finally free of feeling the way my hormones made me feel, angry, depressed, helpless. I would and have recommended this product to friends and family who have also noticed a change in themselves too. I find a 100g jar last me about 3 months, which works out just over $10 a month to feel great. only wish I had known about this cream years ago.

The best natural progesterone optionNot only did this product arrive extremely well packaged, it is the absolute best option for women needing progesterone therapy. I was having problems with hot flashes and within a month and a half of being on the Anna's as directed, my flashes were GONE! THANK YOU!!
