How does one ascertain what benefits there are from complimentary medicine when there are no controls set?I have taken this product with an open mind and also after listening to the Dr on the radio.Is anything happening? - I don't know. Have just had a blood test so maybe there is an indication that cholestrol has changed - after consultation with my cardiologist tomorrow I may know. So where does one go over to you.Await your response.The request for an overall rating is a contradiction in terms - how can I after what I have just said - will give a 1 so that the submission can be tendered. Keeps my cholesterol in check
I have been taking BergaMet PRO+ for two years now with a view to keeping my Cholesterol levels under control without having to resort to taking Statins. My yearly blood tests are proof that it works for me which is all I can ask!

This stuff works
Been on this now 3 months, lowered my blood pressure considerably. so much so i tried not taking it for a week to see if what blood pressure was and it went back up. so this does help lower blood pressure

Tastes terrible
These are big tablet size and they taste awful. Can be a bit chalky and get stuck in your throat. I won't be purchasing any more. If it was a capsule I'd give it another try. Normally I don't have problems taking pills but this is too hard to swallow.

Better heart health without side effects
This product is what my cardiologist recommended as a alternative to prescription synthetic drugs with too many side effects, yes its a lot more expensive, than the pbs concession, but seems to have the desired outcome.
