The crispy oat hearts have a pleasant taste, ideal as a breakfast with milk, fresh fruit, yoghurt or your favourite breakfast cereal. It’s also a low GI food in itself.

A great alternative to regular breakfast cereals
Betaglucare is a perfectly portioned, healthy, sugar reduced, salt free alternative cereal choice for breakfast every day. Eaten in conjunction with your favourite seeds, fruit salad and yogurt this cereal has reduced my bad cholesterol and increased my good cholesterol.

We have been sing Betaglu for sometime now as a way to lower cholesterol.
The reduction to levels has been significant to the surprise of our G.P and he has requested the product name as he may wish to recommend it to some of his patients with cholesterol high readings

Helped reduce LDL-Cholesterol
We replaced our traditional breakfast cereals with Betaglucare Nordic Oats after hearing about in a TV program. Did a bit of research and bought enough for 3 months. Along with minor changes to our diet and basic fitness training/exercise, we were able to bring our LDL-Cholesterol down by 1.0 in 3 months.
We have decided to continue for next 9 to 12 months and do a blood check-up. We mix it up for variety, such as with milk or yogurt and blueberries/raspberries/strawberries etc. So far.. . LOVE IT!!

Cholestorol Reducing Betaglucare Sachets
An excellent product. Crunchy oat hearts. Have them daily sprinkled on low fat, no sugar yoghurt for breakfast. Leaves you feeling full, a healthy breakfast. They have helped to reduce my cholestorol levels without the assistance of medication.

I thoroughly enjoy this product as I know it has beneficial effects and it adds crunch and variety to my bowl of oats, fruit & yoghurt. Not bad on its own either.

The oats very tough and difficult to eat, even I when i mix with milk i can't eat them straight away. What i have done was leave them in the bowl soak with milk, then had to wait for approx 40 mins or even an hour to soften the oats before i can eat them. this process has discouraged me to continue consuming the product. i bought my first 2 boxes which are now sitting in the cupboard hardly being used. this was my first purchase from your company. disappointed.

This product was advertised as as aid to help mprovenent in cholesterol levels. I read a number of reviews posted which claimed rapidl reductions in cholesterol levels over a 3 to 4 month period. My own experience has been a 7.7 to 5.8'level over a 5 month period which I am very pleased with but am continuing to eat the oats as I believe them to be beneficial but they are also quite tasty as a snack or as a breakfast cereal alternative.

Healthy Option.
Having a problem with cholesterol for many years a friend recommended I try Beta Glucan, she has had several months using the product with good results,I consulted my Dr and am now midway on my two month trial.
Beta glucan is easy to use,the pre measured satchets take away any guesswork.
It is very pleasant tasting,I have it mixed in with my morning cereal or just snack on the hearts during the day.

This product works!
My husband and I are you might say addicted to this product! We are always looking for natural instead if chemical and we can honestly say that Betaglucare really really works.....and it is yummy! We put it in some yogurt in the mornings and away we go, I grave a lot so the little individual servings are wonderful to pack and take with you!

Tasty, satisfying and good for you.
I heard about this product from the Dietitan that I work with. I was given some samples to try and found it tasty and satisfying. Just using one sachet a day (I mix it with my other cereal) helps with controlling my cholesterol. This then keeps me satisfied until my morning tea break. My son uses it too and mixes it it in with his Weetbix.

Best for digestive health
After being recommended this product by my herbalist, I use these daily as my cereal, eaten with fruit and yoghurt. My digestive system has really benefitted from Betaglucare which is much more effective and gentle than psyllium or wheat bran based products. It has also slightly lowered my cholesterol.

Apparently it works.
Once you get used to eating cereal that looks like dried cat food and tastes like packing popcorn, it is okay. After three months, my cholesterol dropped from 5.7 to 4.4 and I changed almost nothing in my diet except substituting oatmeal with Betaglucan. So, I guess it works.

Didn't work for me
Gave up statins in early Aug. Started this product late Aug and after 3 months on them had Cholestrol levels checked. Sadly it has gone up form 4.5 to 8.8 so in my case it didn't work. Will continue finishing off what I have. It was worth a try though.

If it is work as advertised - great product!
Haven't see yet results in cholesterol level. Probably need at least 2-3 months to compare/evaluate. Price a bit over with delivery. Local chemist already have it for $29.99 p/box, don't have to pay and wait for delivery.

Have a packet of these little oats on a sugar free yoghurt for breakfast each morning. Great tasting, crisp and crunchy. Have only this for breakfast and find them very filling. Will give you vital energy for the morning.
