Lack of info
A real worry that this formulation does not give an easy to understand strength in MGs. It only states that it's 6x which means its 6 times diluted. Most other compounds give a strength indications, 1Mg, 2Mg etc. So, how many tablets are safe to take and still be effective?

This product does not work and is a waste of money.
Followed directions carefully and found that this product made absolutely no difference in my being unable to get to sleep in a reasonable time.Still took anything up to 3 or 4 hours before I was able to get any sleep.
A complete and utter waste of time and money and I will not recommend it to any one.

Doesn't taste nasty!
My daughter has been requesting this and reminds me if I forget because it helps her sleep and calm down, so she tells me. I like it because it's easy to take and is a natural product.
