Useless junk
Bought and and used it for 2 weeks. Complete rubbish. Save your money and spray tap water under your tongue, that will achieve the same result. Zero star rating would be more accurate.

Melatonin results
Have used this product for approx 2 weeks, and it does help me get to sleep easier but it does not keep you asleep, a useful addition to your household if you suffer sleep problems
