Children 6 – 11 years of age: 1 tablet, three times a day when required.
Use in children aged 6 – 11 only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner.
Do not use in children under 6 years of age.
Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 tablet, three times a day when required (can be increased to 2 tablets, three times a day, for the first 7 days).
Bisolvon Chesty Forte Tablets should be kept in a cool dry place where the temperature stays below 25°C.

Bisolvon for asthma related congestionI live in Seattle. I have researched all of North America and Bisolvon (Bromhexine) is not available in Canada, USA or Mexico. I first used it when a US Peace Corps Volunteer in Fiji in 1986 and got amazing relief. I understand that Bisolvon tablets have been available in most of the rest of the world since 1963 yet Pharmacyonline.com is the only reliable source that I have found for this wonderful, relief-giving medication.
The price is very reasonable totalling less than it currently costs at Fiji chemist shops and I am a constant customer now with Pharmacyonline.com,
The only downside is the shipping cost, but this is reasonable and still totals less than any other source outside of North America where a veterinarian tells me the only use for Bisolvon (Bromhexine) in the USA is as a veterinary drug for horse mucous!
Thank you for making this vital-to-me medication available in our 'free country' the United States, where it is not available 50 years on the world market.
A salute to Pharmacyonline.com, thank you so much for the relief oddly not available in my country.

The only product that really works for meI tried several other products, but there was little if any relief. Bisolvon does what it says and for me there is nothing better.
