Irresponsible formulationThis product contains thirty times the recommended daily does of vitamin B6. Overdose of this vitamin can lead to neuropathy which is why it has a warning about numbness.

Bio Magnesium TabletsThe recommended Vitamin B6 dosage for women is 1.5mg. This Magnesium tablet contains 41.1mg! I now have B6 toxicity and doctor has advised to stop taking immediately.

Warning CONTAINS B6I have recently become aware that this supplement contains B6 as well as Magnesium. I also was taking Blackmores Mega B supplement containing B6 too. Have now been diagnosed with B6 toxicity. You do need to put your warning on the front of the bottle in more bold letters as some people do not read all the information they should. Apparently a lot of people are getting diagnosed with this now. Not a happy Customer.

GREAT PRODUCT BUT THE TABLETS LOOKS TRE SAME AS JOINT FORMULA TABLETI have been using your Bio Magnesium and Joint Formula Advance tablets for a long time. Recently you changed your bio magnesium tablets from a smaller tablet to a large one which looks exactly the same as the joint formula tablets. When I have to take them out of their bottles for travelling it is very frustrating not to know which one is which. Please make them different!

Bio Magnesium 50 Pack tabletsI am using as, sadly, Blackmores discontinued Daily Magnesium powder which I had found very effective and enjoyed using. The only Blackmores powdered magnesium product now available has many other additives and the taste was not pleasant. The tablet is ok, but it with food to avoid after taste.

BIO MAGNESIUM IS THE CRAMP DESTROYERThis product is AMAZING. No more cramps doing ordinary everyday things or cramps that distort your foot or hand in the middle of the night. This product has eradicated cramps that were nothing like I had as a kid, but very very painful distortion of the feet with having to stand up and put full weight on it to straighten whilst the pain was excruciating. Also my thumb would get pulled into my palm with me having to pull it out with some force using the other hand. Not nice.
