Switch from Longvida to TermXtra with no explanation??? Not good enough!Blackmores have switched from Curcumin Longvida, which has always been the most bio-available product on the market and they are now selling a Curcumin TermXtra formulation which is (according to the research) at least 10 times less bio-available. If this isn't bad enough they continue to use similar branding, so those unaware will be caught out with an inferior product. Additionally, NO EXPANATION!!!! What are Blackmores supposed to be standing for? If it's health benefits then why have they switched to an inferior product? What haven't they spoken to their rationale on this? Looks like a money saving move, because there really is no other way of explaining why they'd use an inferior product. I'm very disappointed!

BEWARE. BLACKMORES REMOVED MY REVIEW TOO LIKE USER BELOW.TERRIBLE product. They changed their formulation from Longvida to TurmXTRA. TurmXTRA is only 10x more bioavailable than standard curcumin whereas Longvida is >100x more bioavailable. Not only that, Longvida has a much longer half-life than TurmXTRA (>7 hours vs 2-3 hours). I will repost this review if you delete it again.

Need to find another of Longvida supplierWhile I don’t doubt there are benefits in the new extract, they are DIFFERENT to the Longvida extract. UK research shows the Longvida extract has beneficial impacts on brain function. This appears to be more exercise related. Also, keeping a similar name with a different formulation is misleading.

Where is LONGVIDA!!!!!This is deceptive. There is no mention that the formulation has changed other than the word 'concentrated'. I have been using the Longvida for many years and I WANT IT BACK. Until that happens I will be boycotting all Blackmores products, and I use quite a few.

We want Longvida backLongvida is a novel solid lipid formulation that offers the best bioavailability with a long proven history. There are plenty of clinical research of this material. Please give us sound scientific justifications for dumping Longvida and use TurmXtra.

Warning this product no longer has Longvida :-(I bought this because the Blackmores page description in google (and all the pharmacy sites) says it has Longvida which has 100x better bioavailability than TurmXTRA (only 10x) — only to find that the page was outdated as they’ve swapped out for a cheaper less bioavailable product— very disappointing

BEST TURMERIC IN THE MARKETThis new formula from Blackmores has reduced the inflammation in my body significantly. My joint pain has improved for the better, and I feel great while doing physical activities. The best part is that I only have to take one tablet a day to take care of my inflammation, and not 3-4 tablets which I used to take from other brands. I have recommended this product to my social circle and the fitness enthusiasts I know
