A new userI have only just begun to use the tablets and so far have found them to be of help for me to have a good sleep. That said, I still do wakeup to visit the toilet at least twice a night and do fall asleep quickly after.

I Was Really SurprisedI thought all products were the same, but i have had a much better response to this than i did with several other brands. I guess the time it is picked, the processing and the coatings all effect efficacy. Let's face it Blackmores is more expensive - but you get what you pay for.

Really helped me sleepThis product was great. I only took 1 and had a hood sleep. When I dud wake up multiple times like I always do I felt drowsy and got straight back to sleep. I found it hard to wake up but when I was up and going was fine and went to work as normal. Great product.

Too StrongLately, I've been relying on Valerian Forte as my go-to sleep aid. I decided to try adding another ingredient to improve its effectiveness, but unfortunately, it seems to be giving me a bit of a hangover. I suspect it might be the (hops) causing this. Despite this, I must say that overall, I'm quite pleased with the product. It has definitely lived up to its advertised claims and has been effective in helping me sleep.

Film-coating not helpfulDon't like Film-coated tablets. I have to crush all tablets & Film-coating doesn't crush well. Not everyone wants coating to help them swallow them.
