Rated 2 out of 5 by from B6 and peripheral neuropathy I have taken Blackmores B Exec for 20 years and have just learnt that they have B6 in them which has now proven to contribute to peripheral neuropathy, which I have!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Took for over 20years - no have toxic levels of B6 in my Blood ! I took bkackmores executive B for over 20 years little did I know I was poisoning myself with the B6 ingredient . I always trusted Blackmores it was my go to for all vitamin needs - I would take their magnesium too . now even after 2 years of stopping any vitamins that contain B6 and watching what I eat I still have icicles levels of B6 in my blood which causes bad nerve damage - beware ! Do not blindly trust a multivitamin !! these type of tablets should have large warning labels !!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from B6 I don't understand that the ingredients don't mention B6, but in the comments "how to use" states B6

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well ... but I have used this product for years and found it does work for me, however with the recent news with regards to B6, I am now somewhat alarmed. It seems the recommended daily amount for me (male >60) is 1.7mg (max. safe level 100mg but problems seem to have been apparant even at 40mg), yet this product looks to have 20.6mg and a magnesium supplement I also take has 25mg. Why are these supplements adding so much B6 when it's not required and may be placing us at risk?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Vitamin B6 Poisoning Warning! This product is potentially poisonous. After taking this product at only half the recommended dose over a period of nine years, the level of PLP (Vitamin B6) in my body is 1120; over ten times the normal level. I have completely lost the feeling in both hands and feet, and suffer the most unnerving instability. It is unknown if I will fully recover my faculties. Vitamin B6 is only a very small component of this Multi B product, and there is a very small warning on the label, however if you are already experiencing the tingling and numbness of which it warns, it is already too late! There is no warning that B6 is accumulative in the body and is extremely dangerous when taken over a long period. I consider myself extremely lucky that my doctor was astute enough to isolate the problem. This product should not be on chemist shelves.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Is Blackmores made in China? I've been told that Blackmores products are made in China and shipped to New Zealand for packaging and shipping to Australia. Please could you advise where, exactly, is the actual Blackmores Exec B Stress formula manufactured (before packaging). And where exactly, are the ingredients sourced from? And are any of Blackmores or BioCeuticals ingredients sourced from China or made in China?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall very helpful, but does it need everything it has? I want to thank Blackmores for keeping these reviews here. You've done me a huge favour I think...well, I am hoping. I was hospitalised end 2012 with full body edema and somehow ending up leaving with peripheral neuropathy in my legs and especially my feet. Since then, I have been told to take thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), biotin (B7), folate (B9), and cyanocobalamin (B12), as well as magnesium, iron, calcium, zinc etc. Don't forget the prescription stuff but I never took that to start with so we're all good there. Anyway, after reading the article above to find out how much of the product was vegan, I read the reviews here and thank god I did! I had a look at what I had just taken vitamin-wise and it was inclusive of 220mg of B6. No wonder the peripheral neuropathy in my feet goes off its nut so much! So as of right now, I'm stopping anything with B6 in, and will return to let you know in the not too distant future if the 12 years of debilitating periperhal neuropathy has improved at all. I can't thank you all enough for putting up what you have said and I just hope if anyone else reads this, then please triple check the ingredients of your vitamins and minerals and stay informed! And yes, I took too much but I had been crook with norovirus I think it was, but now on the mend. Hadn't been crook for 7 years either. Never had Covid or nothing; 2 x cenovis magnesium (60mg B6 = 120mg) 2 x nature's own super b complex (50mg B6 = 100mg) Brand's are irrelevant but I thought I would mention them as they are popular brands and for that reason, I would be taking something without issue. Blackmores, as well as Nature's Own and Cenovis, all came to the party and had the TGA required information on the boxes, so well done there. But I didn't learn about all this until I got here and I've never heard it from any GP or chemist or specialist. Had I taken the Blackmores as well, I would have taken 245mg. But there are dumb people like me who think silly spur of the moment things and can potentially do, or continue to perpetuate, damage to ourselves without this information. Peace out for now! Thank you Blackmores for keeping the reviews here and allowing this information to assist memebrs of the public like myself.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Blurry vision from taking this I started taking this 3 weeks ago, out of no where I started to have blurry vision. After 5 days and a couple of doctors appointments I thought I’d remove the supplement from my diet and see if the two were related. Two days later - blurry vision gone! B vitamins can cause this so I feel I am either very unlucky or people haven’t reported this on the reviews
