A Good Night's SleepI didn't think I liked Lavender but I thought I'd give it a go anyway. It must have worked as I don't remember anything after lying down and getting comfy! In the morning I woke up refreshed and all trace of Lavender was gone.

WonderfulImproved my sleeping in first 2 nights… I spray it on my pillow and then jump into bed; first night it was very relaxing second night I got the best few hours unbroken sleep in a long time; hoping it will only get better :)
