I purchased the Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar mainly for my skin because I get a lot of acne. Since I've started using it as a Toner I haven't had any new pimples. I had read reviews online about how amazing this product was for general health and acne so I wanted to give it a try and I'm amazed by the results. I also drink 2 tablespoons of it a day in water and I have noticed that my blood sugar levels have balanced out. Great product and I will definitely be buying more from Chemist Direct.

Excellent product
Since I started taking this Apple Cider Vinegar I have had no colds, bronchitis, sore throats or breathing related illnesses and I am certain it is helping me to lose weight. It is a wonderful old fashioned product and well worth the investment, which is very minimal!

great for people that have a raw food diet
this Braggs Cider Vinegar is excellent quality, not processed too much and contains all the benefits of having ''the mother'' still there' , thoroughly recommend for people trying to eat an unprocessed 70 -80% raw food diet. Top Quality product and has a long shelf life
