Developed with Dermatologists, CeraVe Hydrating Foaming Oil Cleanser is a unique foaming oil formula that gently cleanses, hydrates, and soothes skin without disrupting the natural protective skin barrier. This formula combines two skin-replenishing oils to help replenish skin’s natural moisture and three essential ceramides (1, 3, 6-II) to help maintain skin’s protective barrier. This formula is suitable for normal to very dry skin, baby skin, and allergy-prone skin.
- Gently and effectively cleanses dirt, oil, and makeup with a soft foam at an optimal pH without leaving skin feeling dry.
- Dispense as an oil and transforms into a foam as you lather into skin. Replenishing formula thoroughly cleanses, hydrates, and soothes without stripping skin of moisture or leaving a tight, dry skin feeling.
- Replenishes skin with squalane oil and triglyceride to help maintain skin’s moisture.

Hydrating Cleanser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this cleanser twice daily for the past two weeks , it’s perfect for dry skin , I love that it leaves my skin feeling very hydrated after cleansing , but I did find it doesn’t break down my make up as well as other oil based cleansers I’ve used , I had to cleanse a couple of times to completely remove my make up , but other than that I really love this cleanser , my skin is usually very prone to breakouts and I haven't had any breakouts since using this product , and feels very gentle on my skin . I also love this product will last me a long time and it’s very affordable.

Love me some CeraVe!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cleanser! I’ve been using it twice daily for a week. It’s extremely gentle on your skin and doesn’t leave a film like other oil based cleansers. I have dry skin and am usually prone to breakouts when I try new products but haven’t had an issue with this! It cleans the skin thoroughly and left my skin feeling clean and hydrated. It removes makeup and other skincare products without stripping your skin, and I don’t feel like I need to double cleanse. It foams well and you don’t need much product, maybe a pump or two. Will defiantly be repurchasing this product when I run out!

Does the job
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Will it cleanse your face? Sure. But because it's somewhere between an oil cleanser and foaming cleanser it doesn't get the best of both worlds. It's a really gentle foam, so doesn't feel like it cleans as deeply as a traditional foaming cleanser. It also doesn't emulsify your makeup as well as a traditional oil cleanser, so it's not ideal for a double cleanse.
What it does well is leave your skin feeling soft and hydrated. However, I would warn anyone that wears a FULL face of makeup that it may not cleanse as deeply as you need. Great for no/minimal makeup days or a morning cleanse.

Amazing Foaming Cleanser!

I loved the foaming texture that felt so gentle on my skin, and I truly felt like it was cleaning deeply into my pores. The scent was lovely, very fresh and it added to the whole experience of using this product. I liked the packaging, how it was simple and that I could see the product if I ever wanted to purchase again. I really liked the pump as it was easy enough to control the amount that I needed and I had no issues each time pressing it down. Overall, a highly impressive foaming skin cleanser that I enjoyed testing and using!

Your new daily cleanser!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After previously using more expensive oil cleansers in my skincare routine, I am so happy I got to trial to this product. My skin runs on the dry side and this cleanser lives up to its name regarding hydration. It removes makeup super easy and leaves my skin feeling fresh and smooth on a daily basis. This cleanser can be used on its own if you are after a more simple routine or as the first step on your double cleanse. The pump design also ensures you don't end up wasting extra product which is definitely a perk.
A really effective product at a really affordable price point. What's not to love!?

Gentle cleanser that does the job
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice gentle cleanser! I have very sensitive skin and this did not cause any discomfort or irritation to my skin at all. Quite often I will react badly even to thinks marketed for sensitive skin, feeling hotness and my skin flare up almost straight away. It does exactly what is says it will and is great removing makeup. It’s quite a nice thin texture but it foams up really well so a little can go a long way. I actually also used it to clean my makeup brushes over the weekend as I was out of my normal product I use and it worked a treat :) I would purchase this again! Doesn’t really have a smell either

Foaming Oil Cleanser? Take My Money!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have dry skin that often feels tight after cleansing (I usually use a FAB cleanser) and this Cerave one didn't do that! In fact, my face felt and looked hydrated. I liked that it's a foaming cleaner, you aren't left feeling there is an oily residue on your face after washing. I also didn't experience any breakouts or purging.
The design of the bottle is nice and simple, in line with the Cerave aesthetic. The pump works great, I haven't had any trouble pumping out the product so far. I like that you can lock the pump so that there are no accidents.
If you have a dry face you'll like this cleanser.

I love this cleanser

I have heard so many wonderful things about it, and finally got my hands on it to give it a try for myself. All I can say is I love this cleanser. It is so gentle on the skin and leaves you feeling hydrated. After using, your skin feels so lovely and soft. It also has a really nice fruity smell to it too. You don't need to use much product to get maximum effect, therefore I feel as if this bottle will last months and months. If you haven't already, you need to try this product because it is the missing item in your skincare routine.
