CeraVe SA Smoothing Cleanser
The CeraVe SA formula contains salicylic acid to exfoliate without compromising the skin’s natural barrier, as well as hyaluronic acid to hydrate and retain moisture and 3 essential ceramides to moisturise and protect the skin's barrier. This unique combination of ingredients makes CeraVe SA Cleanser an effective way to remove oil, dirt and makeup as well as smooth and improve skin texture.
Dead skin cells can build up on the skin surface and create dry patches. Exfoliation helps to diminish dry patches and improve skin texture. The CeraVe smoothing cleanser contains salicylic acid which is a BHA. BHA’s can penetrate deeper into pores than AHAs to enable a deep cleanse and remove built up residue.
Suitable for very dry, rough and or bumpy skin. Also suitable for skin prone to Keratosis Pilaris.

Perfect for sensitive skin / eczema prone skin!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this product! I suffer from eczema so I have to be really careful with face products. After having a baby my skin has been even more sensitive and very unpredictable. The CeraVe SA Smoothing cleanser is effective but really gentle on the skin. I haven't experienced that "tight" feeling after use that you can sometimes get with cleansers where it feels like your skin has been stripped of its oils. This cleanser is light but doesn't leave your skin feeling like your face is still dirty. Will definitely be incorporating this one into my routine. Couldn't be happier.

Smooth, silky and clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleanser was surprisingly good. First off the cleaner bottle was the perfect size to fit in the shower rack and is always a plus when it fits. The product itself is great for the skin, after a one week trial I felt my skin generally more smooth and hydrated. Due to the winter months my skin is generally more drier, the cleanser removed all skin dead cells and I didn't have any adverse reaction to the cleanser which is a plus. Unlike the smoothing cream the cleaner didn't have a scent which was off putting. I would recommend this product to friends and would continue using the product.

Great introduction to Salicylic Acid.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a lovely cleanser for when my skin is feeling dull and congested. I wouldn't use it everyday but I have added it into my rotation a couple of nights a week and noticed my skin feels smoother when I do. This would be a great introductory product for anyone who would like to try Salicylic Acid but has sensitive skin. As a cleanser it has a short contact time on the skin and should therefor be less irritating than a SA serum or SA cream. I enjoyed this cleanser both morning and night, and it also effectively removed makeup without stripping my skin. Overall, a very good cleanser.

Squeaky clean but drying.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the product I feel it did well in cleaning and cleaning my skin but unfortunately it left my skin feeling dry afterwards. I feel as though the product "cleaned" my skin so much so that it took away my natural oils and left it feeling very dehydrated. Instead of a reduction in dryness it felt even more dry. I have extremely sensitive and dehydrated skin and suffer from rosacea so perhaps the product would suit someone with a less complicated skin type. I would recommend this product to someone with oily or a normal skin type or as a deep clean for a once a week skin care regime.

Underrated cleanser
I had purchased this cleanser as an impulse buy, but this was such a lovely cleanser. A tiny bit went a long way. This removed even the most stubbornest products, for example gel eyeliner! It’s very gentle indeed, was glad to come across this. I do vouch that this product is totally underrated. There’s so much product that lasts you a while, including a beautiful price point for all too.
I felt using a face halo with the products with some water to activate the foam, allowed for a direct clean to the face. This products was even great to clean the beauty blender. It can’t be explained how gentle the product is, but so effective too.

Start using once a day to introduce to your skin!
When I first began using this, my skin had been familiar with glycolic acid (from Alpha H Liquid Gold), Benzac Ac (Acne spot treatment, and another acne prescription cream. I used this day and night when I began, and honestly it was a mistake. After a few days my skin felt tight, dry, and began peeling on the sides of my lips and I went through a bit of an acne breakout. Immediately I stopped using it for a few days, but I started using it again after that since it felt so smooth and therapeudic on my skin, however only use at night time. After this, my skin really loved it, and I've noticed (it's been about 5-6 months) firmer, smoother textured skin.

Exfoliating Cleanser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the product for about 2 weeks. At first it seemed to work wonders on the dry patches on my skin I tend to get dry bumpy skin near my nose and flaky skin on my forehead. I wasn’t a fan of the smell but It was doing its job so I didn’t mind. However just over the one week mark I got a few small pimples on my forehead so seemed to go to from one extreme to the next. I don’t think using it for 2 weeks has really shown the try outcome so I will definitely keep using as my skin can take awhile to adjust to new products and at the 2 week mark seems to be getting better.

Great for flakes around your nose!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CeraVe smoothing cleanser is gentle on the skin and scent free. I love the addition of salicylic acid in this cleanser compared to CeraVe's hydrating cleanser and find it still leaves my skin feeling hydrated after use.
For my drier winter skin, I find this cleanser great as a gentle exfoliator. Also gentle enough for everyday use. I noticed the skin around my nose was smoother after 2 days of use around the dry patches and blackheads.
It doesn't remove make up very well but it's great for make up free days and I have incorporated in my daily routine.
Overall, a great daily cleanser for dry skin.
