It is fragrance free and I did not experience any irritation from it at all. It comes in a squeezy tube, but the lid is sturdy enough that it will stand up on its end. The applicator tip is the best I have used - it's hard to describe, but it's good. I used this serum around my eye area twice a day and I did find that it was hydrating and left my skin feeling soft and plump, no dryness or tightness at all. The white cream is a nice consistency and applied easily. It goes a long way, so only a small amount of product is required.

I am Asian in background and has sensitive and dry skin type, age 35-40 years. Packaging - the product comes in a plastic tube with a flat nozzle/tip. Product - the product is odourless and transparent in colour. The consistency lies somewhere between a gel and ointment. It is easily spread over the eye region and quickly absorbed. No left over stickiness sensation is left on the skin after application. Effects - To be completely honest, i did not notice any significant hydration or any sort of improvement for my skin.

I used it morning and night but didn’t really notice any visible improvement job my eye area. The main positive would be that it is a lovey consistence and it applies nicely. Also no scent who can is good for sensetive skin. It does provide some hydration to the eye area but it didn’t last very long. If your younger and your eye area isn’t aging this would be a great starting product but if you’re older you probably need something a bit more that this.

The consistency of the eye serum feels quite nice on the skin. On application it absorbed into the eye area quite well. Over the period of the trial I can’t say I am any better for using the cream as I cannot see any improvement in the eye area. It has nice packaging and is easy to use but I am disappointed I did not see any change in the eye area. I probably wouldn’t recommend this eye serum which is a shame as I had high expectations because of the brand name.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Cetaphil Optimal Hydration Refreshing Eye Serum and was delighted with the results. Overall this new line for trusted brand Cetaphil has been a revelation. I've never tried it before but now I'm definitely going to repurchase. The eye serum was easily as good as the brands I've tried at a much higher price point. My dry puffy under eyes felt refreshed and I am certain I can see a difference in my dark circles after several weeks use. I feel like they are more moisturised and my sensitive skin has not had any adverse reaction. The results - deeply hydrating and plumped up my fine lines.

It’s definitely a lovely eye cream for sensitive skin. Previously I’ve had issues with other eye creams causing skin irritation under my eye area, but this cream was very gentle. Personally not the biggest fan of the applicator, it felt a bit scratchy on my skin so I ended up using my fingers instead. My under eye area feels nicely moisturised now. I haven’t yet noticed any long term effects but I’ve only been using it for a couple of weeks. I would definitely recommend it for every day use for sensitive skin.

So with a lower price point I actually felt comfortable using it night and day under my cream and makeup (concealer). The serum actually felt quite cool and calming on the skin and refreshing and helped with puffiness. The texture is so lightweight and complimented by sensitive skin especially for the mist sensitive past of the face. It really did feel refreshing on the skin and around the eyes and would highly recommend!

My under eye area instantly looked smooth and supple after using this product. The serum itself is quite creamy and thick, however it absorbs effortlessly into the skin, providing instant moisture and hydration. I also love the packaging! The application is made so easy as you can apply just the right amount from the tube straight to your under your eye area with an angled soft tip applicator. This product will be one of a very few eye serums I’d happily continue to use until it is empty and repurchase.
