WORSE FLOSS EVER! THIS NEW FORMULA IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!WORSE FLOSS EVER! I can’t believe you changed from the OLD FORMULA to this TERRIBLE NEW ONE! The string is so thick and does not glide between the teeth and the mint isn’t even coated evenly, it’s that thick I wouldn’t recommend anyone try flossing in between teeth as it is extremely uncomfortable. Your old formula was the best. I would not recommend this to anyone! Please switch back to the OLD FORMULA. I wasted my money thinking it was the old one with new packaging. Threw it all out. Very disappointed Colgate!

My rating is zero. Is there a reason the floss has been changed?? It was perfect before. If shreds apart and gets stuck in between teeth and so difficult to remove. Could you please give a reason why it has been changed to this hopeless product. If you are intending to change it back to its original quality please change back to the original packaging so we know that you have changed it back.

The new changes are absolutely horrible!The new changes are not good and very disappointing. No longer the smooth easy use. Floss is now getting stuck and fraying. The thickness is frustrating. This floss use to be my absolute favourite, now it's possibly my least 😭.
Please please please go back to original!
