Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Children under 6 years should have adult supervision and use only a smear.

My 22 month old loved it so much the first time he tried it I found him later that day trying to suck the toothpaste out of the tube! It cleans well and the tube is conveniently packaged so that it can be stored either on top of the basin, in a drawer or under the sink. You don't need much of it but it doesn't froth up as such so little mouths aren't tying to spit out excess toothpaste whiel still trying to get the teeth clean.

Rated 4 out of 5 by EmmW091 from Good So Far I am beginning a tooth brushing routine with my little one and this was the first toothpaste brand I picked up (purely because of brand name recognition) and thus far it is working fine. As my toddler is very young, we only use a very small amount and she hasn't spat it out or cried about the taste. I had a little bit to see myself and the taste is incredibly mild, only a hint of a fruity aftertaste really. This toothpaste has been good for us so far and I will likely purchase it again as we work on incorporating tooth brushing into our routine.

She says it's yucky. She prefers mint flavours for toothpaste. So as nice as it looks, if my daughter won't use it, it's little good to me. If a two year old has a preference for mint over fruit flavoured toothpaste, it would be good for Colgate to make each flavour to suit such preferences.

We live on tank water so using a fluoride toothpaste is important to me but these toothpastes are often too strongly flavoured for him and he resists brushing his teeth. Despite this toothpaste not having one of his favourite characters on it he liked the mild flavour and is slowly getting less apprehensive about having his teeth cleaned.

It had a good taste & wasn't overly sweet like some toothpastes can taste. I liked that the tube stood up so we didn't get as much toothpaste on the bench & even if we did it wasn't as noticeable as other brighter toothpastes. I don't know if it was because of the pictures on the box, it was something new or I asked the kids for a photo of them with it but since my kids have tried it whenever they're going to brush their teeth they ask to use the new toothpaste. It's turned into a reward for them & like a treat to use it. I've never had that with other toothpaste. The only thing I would prefer was if it was suitable for a broader age range (0-5) as I have 3 children & this is more suitable for 2 of the 3 so I'd need to buy another toothpaste for my other child.

My 2-year-old son seems to think it’s ok, but he did express that he liked his previous toothpaste better. I like that this one has nothing artificial in it, and that the level of fluoride is adjusted for the age of the kids (my 5-year-old has their own tube , suited to years 4-6

He loves the taste so I let him brush his own teeth and now he lets me brush after with little to no fuss. Having the fluoride in the toothpaste is extremely important to me and will make me buy again. Very happy.
