For instant relief, apply directly to each sensitive tooth with finger tip and gently massage for 1 minute, up to twice daily. For lasting relief, apply to a gentle toothbrush making sure to brush all sensitive areas of teeth. Brush twice daily.
Do not use in children 6 years of age or less. For children 7-12 years of age, use only on the advice of a dentist of doctor. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water.
For best performance, keep cap closed when not in use.

New packaging
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have seen this toothpaste go through so many packaging iterations over the years and it honestly really hard to keep up, especially since I like to stock up on them when they are on sale then when I run out I can't tell which I'm after as it's not too longer ago that the packaging changed.
However the latest iteration of the new packaging has improved. It is now an upright tube which with the help of gravity squeezes out every last drop. I hope this get implemented through the rest of the range. It's one of the milder toothpastes out there and really helps with sensitivity. I prefer to many to the rest of their range on both fronts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this toothpaste, the mint taste is really mild and not bitey like a lot of other toothpastes. Although it is mild it certainly leaves my breath fresh and clean when I've finished brushing. Getting to the sensitive part, I used to find it uncomfortable to brush my teeth and it was often an uncomfortable experience around my gums. After a few days using this it gave me much more confidence in being able to brush my teeth properly without the fear of it hurting. I think this is a great toothpaste and use it regularly.

The one my dentist recommended!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in the dentist chair, being quizzed on all things I was doing wrong to my teeth, when I was asked about sensitivity. Yes, I can no longer chew ice blocks. So my dentist hands me a sample of Colgate. This product, my dentist said, was a new innovation from regular sensitive toothpastes. Colgate had looked at sensitivity in a whole new light - and he proceeded to tell me all about it whilst poking about my mouth. So, I don't know what the revelation is but I took the sample anyway. And love it. Using just a tiny bit at night ensures my teeth have relief from sensitivity the next day. Miracle! The taste is fine, my feels clean. A great day at the dentist after all!

Acutal Magic Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dentist left me with the most painful tooth sensitivity like ive never had in my life and i thought all was lost and i had to lose the tooth until my friend recommended me to try this .
Ive never looked back.
it look a few weeks for it to really take effect properly with me . but now with daily use, i can go back to eating and drinking cold things without the electric pain though my face !
this is truly an amazing product and should win an award lol !!!

Quality toothpaste
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This particular toothpaste was given to me in a goodies bag recently, and I am glad it was. After using this particular toothpaste twice over the last week, my teeth feel really cleaned out. The paste itself can feel a bit strong in your mouth, yet this product does work. If you're someone whose teeth ache after biting an ice cream, or perhaps that does not happen to you when engaging in such a sweet treat - it really does not matter. I've found (after only using this toothpaste twice) that this product is a gem of a toothpaste irrespective as to whether or not you have sensitive teeth. If you like that deep clean feel for your teeth and gums, then this product is worth checking out. Thank you.

The best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a few differant toothpastes for sensitvie teeth and this is the best one so far. My teeth are extreemly sensitive and react to everything. Heat, cold, sugar. Ive found that for me this product isnt as amazing as it appears to be for other people but it ceratinly calms the reactions to a managable level but if im consuming too much sugar i find i will have to go and use the pro relief again just to top it up.
Its expensive but worth it for the relief.

Works well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a deluxe sample of this toothpaste and found it to work very well on my sensitive teeth. I only have a few teeth that can get a bit tingly sometimes but when they do they are annoying! I found this toothpaste to start working on those teeth just under a week after use which I thought to be quite effective.
The toothpaste has a similar consistency to other Colgate toothpastes-perhaps slightly thicker. It also has less of a minty taste which I liked.

Never going back...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never had issues with sensitive teeth up until about 10 months ago. Only realised when my teeth started hurting everytime i was drinking ice water or if i happened to take a deep breath.
I started using this as it was a cheaper alternate to Sensodyne and thought why not? It didn't relieve the sensitiveness of my teeth straight away, but the more i used it, i could definitely feel the difference.
I have been using this product now for about 7 months and am glad that i did. No more shooting pains and i can have ice cold drinks without even flinching :) Even better, when it doesn't leave one of those bad tastes in your mouth after washing - it's just a normal flavour.

Cares for sensitive teeth and for prolonged use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am currently using this to care for my sensitive teeth, and it really does the job. After a few weeks of using this product, my teeth are feeling less sensitive to sweet, cold/hot beverages. The toothpaste also leaves that really refreshing minty feeling in my mouth!
Bonus: I could barely feel any sensitivity after having been to the dentist (and had a filling done), thanks to the toothpaste for having strengthened my teeth :-)

Really works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothpaste actually starts making teeth less sensitive after the first use. I found it great to use when whitening my teeth with the take home kit from the dentist as the whitening gel would always make my teeth quite sensitive especially to cold foods and drinks. It also worked well when I used it prior to going to the dentist for a scale and polish as I always have a couple of teeth that can be sensitive when the ultrasonic scaler is used.

Effective in Reducing Tooth Sensitivity and Tastes Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Colgate Sensitive Pro Relief Toothpaste. I noticed a sensitivity in my teeth quite a number of years ago when eating frozen ice cream or an ice block. Already being a Colgate toothpaste user, I went straight to this one.
The taste is great and it is very similar to their "normal" toothpaste.
It did take a few weeks of regular use, but it does work and I've never had a problem with sensitive teeth since.

Really helped me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best sensitive toothpaste I've tried. It really does help with areas that are prone to sensitivity. I even apply straight on to a problem tooth around the gum and leave it there. But brushing every day with this toothpaste has certainly helped with overall sensitivity. And the flavour is nice. I just don't like the tube design, the toothpaste around the opening can get a bit grubby. But I will repurchase because it works so well.

Brilliant Protection

I have sensitive teeth to cold and also some tooth pain at times where I have brushed too hard in 1 spot. I was really impressed that the product when applied for 1 minute to the tooth really was protected and then not painful for brushing. After the 2 weeks my teeth were so much better protected from cold and I am feeling noticeably more confident when brushing or having cold food / drink. xx

Although it is quite expensive the relief it gives is money in the bank for me.
I've only been using it for a short time but I am seeing the difference.
I also like the fact that it doesn't contain sugar so it doesn't taste sweet like some other toothpastes do.

Refreshing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having received the toothpaste only 2 days ago i have not been able to see the full results as yet. I found it very easy to use the toothpast i just used the piercer on top of the lid, no problems. I like the flavour very much as it really leaves a refreshing taste in my mouth. I have had sentitive teeth for a long time and was a bit sceptical on whether it actually worked on my sensitive teeth. I was pleasently surprised upon using it the first time and found that it did subside the sensitivity on most of my teeth which i found very comforting. I will definately keep using thr pro-relief toothpaste and hope that it affects the rest of my teeth which are sensitive. Overall i would recommend this product if you suffer from sensitive teeth. Life saver
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a recent visit to the dentist thinking I was getting wisdom teeth, I discovered I do infact have sensitive teeth caused by grinding!(which was causing my pain) so the dentist recommend this tooth paste to me and all I can say is that it's an absolute LIFESAVER! My teeth no longer ache with cold or hot drinks. It is quite an expensive tooth paste but I do believe it's worth it as my teeth are living proof it works

Did not work for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] am always trying different toothpastes for my sensitive gums and teeth to see what works best, after no luck with the Sensitive Enamel Protect Toothpaste, I thought I would try this being "pro relief" but did not find any difference with this either.
The mint flavour and freshness was great but still had issues with sensitivity even after using this it did not help as much as what others did.

Good and it works.

Doesn't taste too bad and has definitely helped with the sensitive areas of my teeth. I've also used it as a spot treatment and works pretty well.
I like the tubing design as storage for this makes it easier for me. I tend to try and stay away from toothpaste that doesn't 'stand'.

Colgate sensitive pro relief is great!
I brush with this toothpaste constantly and is the only one that seems to actually give me relief from the sensitivity! Even if I'm having trouble with a certain tooth, I just put a little paste on my finger and rub it into my tooth and gum within a few mins ALOT of relief! I'm a very happy costumer!

My go-to toothpaste now
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always thought I have limited choices when it comes to toothpaste for sensitive teeth, and the 1st brand that comes to mind: Sensodyne. But when it didn't worked too well for me (plus it's costlier), I decided to give Colgate a try.
First of all, I love the familiar Colgatey taste (I've used Colgate all my life!) and how my teeth felt "coated" and stronger after using this toothpaste.

Colgate Sensitive Pro Relief | Thorough clean | Fresh minty scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not have particularly sensitive teeth. However my dentist likes to give me one of these whenever I visit for an examination and clean.
I use it with my colgate toothbrush and I really like the fresh minty taste that is not overpowering. A little goes a long way. It leaves my teeth feeling very clean. I usually use the Colgate Total and I found that they are actually quite similar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was certainly sceptical at the sight of the over-acted adverts on TV, but decided to give it a try after it was on sale (must admit it's a tad expensive). It's thick cream which won't immediately fall off your tooth brush after applying it, and works really well to help sensitive teeth. Massaging it directly onto the teeth works pretty much immediately and drinking chilled water is no problem now.

Since starting to use there is a definite reduction in the sensitivity of my teeth and gums, my teeth are also appearing to be whiter. The only negative I have is that it’s quite expensive in comparison to other toothpastes however I purchase a few when I find them on sale.

Pain Relief
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My teeth have been becoming increasingly sensitive the older I get, particularly on the left side for some reason, so I thought I'd give this toothpaste a try to see if it would help with the problem. The first thing I noticed was that it doesn't taste quite like the other Colgates I've tried. It does taste minty but also a tiny bit antiseptic. It's not a bad taste, but I've grown so accustomed to the usual taste that it was a bit of a shock at first. In terms of cleaning, this paste works well and leaves my teeth feeling smooth and my breath smelling nice. It does leave a slight residue I've noticed which is probably how it works - it actually coats the teeth a little. It does seem to prevent pain associated with cold and sweet food so it obviously works. Overall, this is a good product that does help reduce tooth sensitivity.

Favourite sensitive toothpaste!

It works well and quite quickly to so it's great for spot treating a sensitive area. I even keep a little tube in my handbag to use in the go. The consistency and taste are slightly different to normal Colgate but aren't neccessarily unpleasant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After suffering for a while with sore teeth I went to my dentist only to be told my teeth were fine but I had receding gums and I should try a sensitive toothpaste. Well after using this twice a day for a week I found that my teeth were so much better, not gone completely but certainly much better so I continued using this Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief Toothpaste and it has been about a month and Oh it feel so much better I can drink and eat normally without getting that soreness and although it will not go forever I shouldn't think as its my age, but if I can control it using this fantastic toothpaste I shall be forever grateful. I found the paste looks the same but has a slightly different taste to normal and on first using it gently rub some onto your bad area with your fingertips. Then use it twice a day. I am rapt I must admit.

Relief at last!

It's even helped ease the pain caused by a crack in my tooth enamel - i've just been rubbing it into that area.
It's a bit pricey for toothpaste but comparable to the other brands.

Not great tasting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this as a free sample and by the time I finished using it I found that the taste was actually quite revolting. Especially if you brush for a couple of minutes as well.
My teeth aren't too sensitive but I found that it didn't make them any worse. Maybe the full size tube stores it better but I won't be purchasing it.

Must-have for my sensitive teeth

I've had tissue grafting due to gum recession but I still have several sensitive areas in my mouth. I've tried so many different sensitive teeth formulas and this is the only toothpaste that gives me any relief.
