Extreme Moisture
I received samples of this product to trial, and it does work well.
This is great if you have a build up of hard, thick skin you want gone!
It's extremely moisturising and eliminates the dryness of heels (and all of the bottom of my feet) straight away upon application.
After using it for a few days, the hard and thick skin starts to just disappear.
Skin is smooth and soft and very hydrated.
Once I stopped using this, the hard skin started to return.
I recommend continual use or maintaining smooth feet with other tools once you've reached your required level of softness.

A treat for feet
I received this in a sachet size and a 75 g tube from Beauty Heaven - Thank You!
I walk a lot for exercise and while my feet aren't cracked they are often dry with thickened skin in some areas.
I apply this cream at night before going to bed. The cream is white and thick in consistency with a slight citrus scent. The cream is easily absorbed into the skin and leaves the skin on your feet feeling smoother, softer and more moisturised.
I would imagine this would be more beneficial to someone with really dry cracked heels but I still found it effective for my feet.

ONLY HEEL CREAM THAT WORKS!!!
This is THE holy grail of heel creams!!! I end up getting big dry cracks in my heels. They are unsightly and hurt. This cream has changed everything. The difference in 1 day of application is crazy... by 3 days applications the cracks are GONE! My heels are now smooth and hydrated. Honestly I will never buy another heel cream again. This is the best. It's thick and soothing plus a little goes a long way so the tube will last you for ages. I hope Dermal Therapy never stops making this cream. I absolutely love it and have gotten my family members onto it as well.

Holy Grail for feet!
I have been meaning to buy a heel balm for years and years so I was very excited when BH sent me some for their November Discovery bag! My feet really needed some attention before summer came around and this balm has done the job.
I love to apply it heavily before bed and sleep with socks on so it absorbs really well, but I've also been using this everyday after my morning showers and it absorbs very quickly and has instant results.
The only thing I've noticed is that super dry/tough areas probably need to be filed down to see maximum results with the balm. Unfortunately for me I hate touching heels so I have to do a bit of an awkward leg dance when applying this, but now that my feet are so soft I can apply it normally!

Heals the heel!
I received several sample sachets of this product and find it very handy this summer season.
I don't really have major issues with my feet but I find my heels dry right away after a day of wearing sandals. I often just use my regular lotion or a foot lotion if I'll be wearing sandals.
I used this after a full day at the beach and it made my heels and the rest of my feet soft right away. The cream is very thick and almost a paste consistency. It can be quite sticky in your hands but once applied, the skin absorbs it quickly. It's also almost fragrance free.

Amazing and Effective!
I recently received some samples of this cream in the mail and I didn't think it would improve my feet very much, if at all. After one application my heals looked so much smoother and after the second and third applications my feet were picture perfect.
Even with the deep cracks in my heals, the cream still managed to do its thing and my feet are now ready for the summer. The cream itself is non greasy and absorbs easily, just like the packaging says and while there is a slight medicinal smell, my feet are too far away from my nose to notice and it dissipates quickly.
I definitely plan on purchasing the full size of this product as it seems to be able to work miracles and I would recommend it to anyone whose feet are in need of a quick fix.

Really makes a difference
This is my go-to when my feet get dry and on the verge of cracked - it's hard to find as it's often out of stock, and I know why! It really will give noticeable results quickly - I've tried several other "heavy duty" cracked heel balms and this is the only one that gives me the results I need to be able to wear open shoes.
It is a thick cream and it absorbs quickly when applied, without feeling very greasy. I normally apply it at night and put socks on over it to really lock it in. It feels luxurious and I find applying it once a day is fine.

I was very excited after receiving this a couple of days ago and I can't stress enough how good it is. Both hubby and I used it and the results really surprised us.
I used a small amount on my heels the difference was visible straight away. It has hardly any scent and the cream absorbs into skin very fast so your not left with greasy feet.
Going to purchase it for my mum who is prone to cracked heels. It's budget friendly and you will definetly get lots of use.
Highly recommended and thank you so much for allowing me to try this.

IT'S WORTH PAYING THE EXTRA!!!
Caring for your feet was a lot easier throughout this summer with the amazing Dermail Platinum Heel Balm. It absorbed quicker than my usual brand, and showed some seriously good results after just a few days. You know you're on to something when your manicurist is impressed with your feet!!! Although it is hard to wear socks when it's very hot, I find it really does give you the fastest results. It will be much easier now that it is cooling down, but it is definitely worth paying the extra for getting really smooth feet!

AMAZING!
I was lucky enough to try this product through a discovery bag - and I have found a new holy grail! I had never tried a heel balm before, and while my heels weren't cracked to begin with, they were dry with hard patches on my heels. I applied a layer of this at night, put on some socks, and woke up blown away! It has urea and glycolic acid in it, which helps to break down the harder skin on your feet. After using this product for a week in a row, my feet have never felt better! I just wish I had found it earlier!

Works wonders
I purchased this for the 1st time a week ago as my feet were dry and were in need of some TLC before the warmer weather starts up.
And what a wonderful cream it is.
The balm is quite thick with no real scent. It applies easily to heals of feet , it is a little greasy but i pop a pair of socks on before i go to bed and have no issues.
I didn't really notice much different after the first day except my feet were more moisturised .
But by the second day i could see a change.
My feet were much smoother and any signs of dryness and cracks were disappearing.
A week later after applying this balm 1 - 2 times a day my feet are looking fab. I'm so happy with this product and i really would encourage anyone with dry / cracked heels to give this a go , you won't be dissapointed !

Still have cracked feet
I bought this when I was looking for a new heel balm to try. I suffer from dry and minor cracking in my heels. I was really excited to try this, as on the packaging it states that you get "visible result within one day". I usually dont believe that kind of stuff but thought maybe it could be possible after reading all the good reviews people had written about it. I've now been using this everyday after a shower for the past 2 weeks and unfortunately have not noticed any change or any kind of results. For a product that boasts visible results within one day surely after daily use over the period of 2 weeks I should have noticed my cracks starting to close up right? This has seemed to work for other people but unfortunately not for me so I am unable to recommend it to anyone :(

Most AMAZING product
It is a thick white cream which smells like any non-scented lotion would. It says on the box visible difference in 1 day. I thought this was just advertising but then I put the product on once in the morning and once in the night and by the next morning my feet were a lot better. My heels were almost cracking and now 3 days later, they are not fully repaired but much better than when I tried to use a heel stone. My friend also tried this product and was raving about it. I would highly recommend this product.

Surprise Hit!
Before using this I never thought that my feet needed any particular care. I get the occasional callous if I've worn heels for too long but other than that, they are not dry or cracked. However, this product gives my feet a whole new feeling.
After applying the thick cream, which is a nice consistency, it is immediately moisturising. I usually only apply once a day because I don't feel like my feet need anything more and I can see the callouses have gotten smaller in just a few applications. The balm doesn't have any particular smell and it is very easy to use.
I would definitely recommend it, you can't go wrong with this heel balm. Even if you don't think your feet need any attention it would always be good to have at home for the occasional dry patch. I am super impressed!

Heel Balm that realy does work
I received a couple of sample sachets from BH and was sceptical as I have tried many different products for my dry and cracked heels. It does not matter that I treat my feet to mechanical exfoliation every 2 weeks, they always end up dry and cracked and it is an endless circle. This product did give some noticeable relief overnight and my feet were much softer. Perhaps constant daily use would be good but that is not practical for me but I will continue using as often as I can to help maintain smoother feet.

Bring on summer!
Ironically, I had only been looking at my cracked heels/dry feet and thought I need to get it sorted out for summer - when I received the samples. tried it on after I had a shower, and noticed that although it was quite thick, it absorbed easily and didn't leave a greasy residue (unlike some other products I have tried). This morning my feet definitely feel a lot softer, and the dry rough feeling is no longer there. A very subtle smell, no overpowering fragrance. Would be happy to continue using the product

Does an okay job
I got this product in the last Beautytorium. I was expecting it to work really well because of all the great reviews. I found that it didn't work as well as it said. My feet are still dry when using it. I don't get deep cracks in my feet and I know that's probably what it's made for so that's maybe why it didn't work so well. I was expecting though to be able to use it as a very moisturising moisturiser. But it doesn't really work like that. It's a very thick consistency, it smells okay and doesn't sting.

Finally a cream that works
I used the Dermal Therapy Heel Balm Platinum. I have dry, hard skin on my heels after spending lots of time on the beach mostly without shoes. I have tried many creams over the years, but found when I tried the Dermal Therapy Platinum more recently it worked a charm and I got better results than previously as I could see the improvement. That in turn had me motivated to persist with the treatment. I liked how the cream rubs in well and I did see improvement quite quickly. One problem I faced was that the tube plastic was quite stiff and trying to get the last of the product out of the tube was difficult.
Another feature that I find particularly appealing is that this product is Australian made and Australian owned. A bonus in my eyes as I want to support buying Australian

It does what it claims to do.
I really love this cream. My heels were in a terrible condition thanks to the cold tiled floor in the winter. I used this cream and no joke, I actually saw a visible difference in the condition of my heels. Don't get me wrong, my heels were still cracked, but after applying this cream, they looked like they were on the road to recovery. I'm a week into using this cream and I find a very remarkable difference to my feet. I highly recommend this product for anyone with feet that need some recovery.

Wonder Product!!
I was sent this heel balm/cream from BeautyHeaven after filling out a survey, and I love it.
I frequently use the Scholl Velvet Pedi on my feet to get rid of the excess dry skin, and it does say to use a balm or foot moisturiser afterwards to maintain. I have a few spots that aren't able to be removed with the Velvet Pedi and using the balm on them has been amazing!
I was doubtful that I would see results overnight with this product but I definitely did, I don't use it twice daily every day like suggested, but the results have still been amazing.
The balm doesn't have much of a smell, and is incredibly thick, but is not greasy or oily after using.
Overall, I will definitely be repurchasing after I have used this one up, and will be suggesting to everybody who I can who needs a foot balm.

Fantastic miracle balm.
My elderly Mother suffered hard, dry skin on her feet, it was terribly painful for her because her skin was splitting. She'd tried everything possible, from home remedies, prescribed items, and commercial products specific to her issue, and none worked. On a friends advice I got Mum some 'Dermal Therapy Platinum Heel Balm', which for some reason she'd completely overlooked, and within days she saw positive results. I swear this is a miracle product because Mum's feet are now pain free, no more cracks/splits in the skin, and I truly can not sing it's praises any higher or further than I already do. My feet are nowhere near hers with the issues had, so as a preventative I use Dermal Therapy Platinum Heel Balm after showering, put on a pair of nice thick socks, and let it do its magic over night.

Heels feel soft
The Dermal heel balm comes in a stubby tube with a flip-tab lid. The balm is a medium balm consistency and has little-to-no scent.
I usually use this after a nice foot soak when I have exfoliated away the dead skin layer. It says to use it daily but for me its too much effort and my heels aren't cracked so I just use it when I can.
After applying the heel balm to my feet, the skin in the are feels soft and supple. I will continue to use the heel balm and recommend it to others .

Thankyou so much Dermal Therapy and BH for sending me a full size sample of this. The tube is short and thick with a flip lid. The colours and design of the tube are masculine in appearance.
The cream is very thick and I would call it greasy but in a good way.
The packaging implies that your feet will be completely fixed overnight. This is not quite the case. I think 3 or 4 nights is best but then my feet were very rough.
$13,95 is a great price for this product. Such a bargain.

Great results!
I've suffered cracks on my heels and near my big toes for years and have tried many products with limited success. The Dermal Heel Balm Platinum is definitely one of the best I have used and although I didn't see results in one day, like claimed, I definitely saw a reduction in the dryness around the cracks on the second and third days of use.
After applying the product twice daily for nearly two weeks the cracks near my toes have gone and the big ones on my heels have reduced.

Intense enough for dry heels
I was fortunate to receive this as a prize and used this straight after a shower. This is a thick intense balm cream that will moisturise and relief your dry heels instantly and easily absorbed . Only a small amount is needed and is great to use over any dry areas of your feet. If you have oily skin , you may not like it due to the intensity of the balm , but wonderful for any dry cracked heels. Best of all it hardly contains any fragrance and leaves no greasy feeling .

Instant soft feet
Never thought I'd ever love a heel balm but I really do think this one does wonders for dry feet. I've never let mine go really dry, cracked and painful but I go in with this when I notice the skin on my feet peeling. I tend to get dry on the bottom of my big toe, balls of my feet and the bottom of my heel. I apply the tiniest amount of this onto those areas and will notice the next day that the skin is no longer peeling. Continue with it for a couple more days and your feet will be back to being soft and smooth
My mum does have really dry cracked feet though and she says this is the best heel balm she's tried (and she's tried them all!). It doesn't work as quickly for her so she tries to use it everyday to not let her feet get to the really dry and cracked stage.
There is also no scent. It's just a pleasant sort of cream smell.

Miracle worker!
I wear really uncomfortable (but pretty!) shoes and am barefoot as much as possible so my feet are not in a good state at the moment.
I've tried numerous foot creams and although they did make my feet soft they didn't take care of the dry cracked heels I was slowly starting to get.
I was lucky enough to get this as a sample and didn't think it'd do anything different from other foot creams. But I was wrong.
Not only did I feel a difference within a day, it just gets better and better as I use it.
I apply it once a day, after a shower and put socks on so I don't go sliding around the floor boards (although it's not particularly greasy at all)
I'm only onto my 4th day and all my dry hard spots feel really nice and soft which is already making me comfortable enough to wear thongs and sandals.
I will definitely be buying the full size product.

Intense hydrating and soothing cream
I was lucky to win this from beautyheaven, and decided to give it to my sister, as she suffers from very dry and easily damaged skin all over her body due to medical issues. She reports that she absolutely loves this product and it has helped with the problem of dry and cracked heels immensely. She has also put the cream into a small pot and uses it as a lip balm, and says its the only thing that really stops her lips from cracking.

My fave!
I started using this a few years back.<br />I wasn't sure how it'd go but it was worth a shot! After a few nights, I could already see the difference.<br />My feet were not as cracked/dry and they were so much smoother.<br />I would recommend this product to anyone who has had dry/cracked feet issues. It's thick too so I like to put it on right before bed with a pair of socks, then in the morning, it's like magic!

Dry heels be gone!
I don't have excessively dry heels, but I do definitely have some dry skin. I find that this heel balm is lovely to put on either before going to bed, or in the morning before putting on socks and shoes. If I'm preparing for a special night, for the week in advance I will use this heel balm every night before bed, or for the few days in advance I will use it in the morning and before bed. It's not so greasy that if wear it with shoes and socks during the day that you slip and slide and feel uncomfortable, however I prefer to wear socks to bed when wearing this balm. It is effective at reducing the dry skin on my heels (I also pop it on under my big toe where I'm a bit dry and callous-y) with regular use. The smell is not unpleasant, however I have smelled better when it comes to foot cream. This is a worthwhile purchase if you're looking at trying a product to remedy dry heels.
